Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Dora website available at kavana-dora.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Sconium d.o.o., with its registered address at Franjevački trg 17, Varaždin(the “Provider”).

By accessing or browsing the Site you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is for informational purposes only. It presents the café’s offerings, photographs, opening hours, location and contact details. No products are sold, orders taken, or distance contracts concluded through the Site.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, typography and overall visual identity — is the intellectual property or trade mark of the Provider, or is published with the rights-holder’s permission. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, adaptation or any other commercial use, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • take any action that could impair the operation, security or availability of the Site;
  • gain unauthorised access to any system, data or non-public part of the Site;
  • use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bulk-download content without written permission;
  • transmit unlawful, offensive or malicious content via any contact channel listed on the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. The Provider has no control over their content or policies and accepts no liability for any resulting harm.

5. Limitation of liability

The Provider endeavours to keep published information accurate and current, but does not warrant uninterrupted availability or the completeness of all information. Opening hours and offerings may change without prior notice.

Processing of personal data in connection with use of the Site is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varaždin.
